Private Guest Room in newly renovated home on very quiet block in the Temple U area off of North Broad street.

The home is a shared accommodation experience with other guest rooms. Most of the guest we host through out the week are Lankenau, CHOP, UPenn & Drexel Residents, Travel Nurses and International students. We have a mixed variety on the weekends. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting awesome guests so far.

Each room is updated with a Smart TV and comfortable memory foam beds. The color of the bedding and pillow cases may be different from the pictures because we have many guest so we rotate the bedding as we clean them when guest check out. Most of the time the area is quiet and full of street parking. It is safe to park in the street.

You have access to all shared areas of the home. There are security surveillance cameras present in those shared areas such as the porch, kitchen, stairs, and hallways for your protection.
